WASHINGTON—Today, Congressman Lou Barletta (PA-11) voted in favor of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2018 budget resolution, which paves the way for tax reform. The resolution, Senate Amendment to H. Con. Res. 71, will activate the budget reconciliation process and allow for passage of tax reform in the Senate by simple majority. The resolution passed the House by a vote of 216 to 212
