WASHINGTON, D.C.– U.S. Representatives Lou Barletta, PA-11, Tom Marino, PA-10, and Mike Kelly, PA-3, released the following joint statement in response to President Obama’s decision to end the federal employee pay freeze, ordering raises for the vice president, members of Congress, and other appointed officials:
HAZLETON – U.S. Rep. Lou Barletta, PA-11, called on President Obama to help would-be adoptive parents whose hopes for a family were shattered when Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that prevents Russian babies from being adopted by American families.

His office in Hazleton will remain open to handle constituent service requests until offices in the new 11th District are opened in early 2013.
HAZLETON – U.S. Rep. Lou Barletta, PA-11, announced that two of his district offices will be collection sites for this year’s United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program.
For the second year, new, unwrapped toys will be collected at Rep. Barletta’s Hazleton and Wilkes-Barre offices between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
