WASHINGTON – To help constituents access the most up-to-date information, increase transparency, and explain the legislative process, U.S. Rep. Lou Barletta, PA-11, today unveiled his redesigned official Web site,

“My redesigned Web site will provide my constituents with the best possible resources and access to the latest information about legislation and pending issues in Washington. Constituents can learn about how my district and Washington offices can help them resolve problems with federal agencies. They can see what we’re voting on, what we voted on, and how I voted,” Rep. Barletta said. “My new site also includes new resources for business owners, students seeking financial aid, citizens looking for information about how a bill becomes a law, and much more. With the fresh new tools I have on my Web site, I am confident that it will become a go-to place on the Internet for all of my constituents.”

The re-launched Web site also provides information about the 11th District. It includes links to various state, county, and local Web resources. It features a Student Resource page that helps explain the federal government to children in all grade levels. It includes information for senior citizens, veterans, active-duty military personnel, and those seeking flags flown over the Capitol or seeking tours in Washington, D.C.

Rep. Barletta’s official Web site has many new features including his voting record, updated issue pages, an interactive district map, and more.

“The Internet is an incredible tool for constituents to access information, and I’m pleased to say my redesigned Web site provides that information in a clearer, better way,” Rep. Barletta said. “I encourage all of my constituents to visit and use as often as they like.”
